BAD ECM...BAD SEVICE...LOST MONEY

SUPPOSE TO BE PLUG AND PLAY..DID NOT ERASE OLD PROGRAMING.TOOK TO SHOPS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND AFTER OVER 1100 IN BILLS .JEEP DEALER SAID THE OLD PROGRAMING WAS STILL IN ECM AND WOULD NOT LET MY JEEP SHIFT..TALKED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES WANTING HELP WITH THE COST OF THE ECM AFTER I HAD BEEN OUT SO MUCH MONEY..DEAF EARS..ECM IS BACK AT THEIR PLACE TO BE REPROGRAMED.I HOPE.JEEP BEEN DOWN FOR A MONTH..DO NOT BUY..RUN..IT WILL COST YOU MONEY..I BOUGHT BECAUSE OF WARRANTY...BUT READ THE SMALL PRINT...THEY WILL PROBABLY GET THE ECM TELLING ME I DID SOMETHING TO IT..BUT ALL I DID WAS PLUG IT IN LIKE I WAS SUPPOSE TO......THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE WHAT I COST YOU..TOOK TO SHOPS BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD PUT A NEW ECM ON SO IT COULD NOT BE THAT...WELL IT TURNED OUT THAT IT WAS THE PROBLEM RUN
