Protective but loss of functionality
This is the only case for the Grand Prime that offered real protection against drops and damage, which is great. However, the screen cover reduces the sensitivity of the touch screen. Most frustrating is that the end call button only works about 50% of the time. I previously had an Otter case for a different phone and this was not an issue. If you need good protection for your phone it is worth it but otherwise go for something else.
