Arrived messy and broken

Opened this hole punch to find the tray had not been emptied prior to shipping, and a bunch of punch confetti flew everywhere when I took it out. Then as I inspected it, found that the locking mechanism was broken and pieces just tossed into the box. I managed to get it sorted and it now works, so it’s not really an issue. I just wished it would have been in the description that it was broken - I probably still would have purchased it even if it didn’t lock, but nothing was mentioned. And I definitely didn’t appreciate the full tray spilling everywhere either. But all is well now - my floor is cleaned and the thing works after I fixed it up.
