Must have for any fan of traditional Mennonite cooking!
My Mom had a copy of the "Mennonite Community Cookbook" in Her kitchen as far back as my memory goes. (She's 87 and still has one in her assisted living apt) I've had mine for maybe 30 years. Anyone interested in knowing about cooking in earlier generations of the Mennonite community should reserve a space on their bookshelf for this book. I wouldn't be without one as it's fascinating to just look through I bought this for a friend when she told me she didn't have. I told her she needed one!
