Nice product
Significantly better radio than the USB730 or 620. A 10th of the dropped connections. Not always looking for a MSNBC web site using up your airtime either.

Decent copy.
The manual is a good photocopy copy of an original. Single sided so twice as paper much is required. It's is gray scale so some of the original color diagrams are a little difficult to read.

Disappointed
The device appears to function but will not connect to the Verizon server. Factory store techs can't help. Haven't had time to set on the phone with customer support.
