Reliable Utilitarian Fountain Pen
This satin-finished aluminum pen has a grip with just enough knurling to prevent finger slippage while writing. The fine nib has zero flex, writes on the dry side. Uses the plentiful and cheap standard short international cartridges and has room in the barrel to carry a spare. Mine doesn't seem to mind whether I carry it properly -- nib up in a pocket -- or on its side clipped to a notebook. It hasn't leaked or failed to start when nib touches paper. Excellent value!

Performs as Expected After Insertion
The cartridge is made of tougher and harder plastic than typical cartridges. While that may enhance durability, it makes common procedures more difficult, such as giving the cartridge a little squeeze to start ink flow. Pushing the cartridge into position requires more effort. Instead of a gentle release of pressure as a typical cartridge moves into position, the Jinhao cartridge gives a POP! as the seal is ruptured and the cartridge moves forward. There is no difference in performance between the Jinhao and most other cartridges once insertion is complete.

Top Quality at the Best Price
3 of 3 found this helpful Every caution that eFetcher writes about Mac Pro server RAM on their eBay order page is correct. Their heatsinks and ECC DIMMs are top quality and sold at a price that no other seller approaches. RAM brands are not mixed in a single order. (I ordered 32 GB for a 2008 dual Xeon Mac Pro; the eight 4 GB DIMMs are all Samsung with identical part numbers that perform flawlessly.) NOTE: These are brand new components.
