I was updated on the shipping status regularly and while I was in no rush for this part, I was issued a refund.     I was given a tracking # as usual and everything seemed like it was going great came to Richmond, Va. but they sent it to Florida (I/m in Richmond, Va.) for three days and then back to Richmond, Va. but then they sent it to Hampton, Va. At that point I contacted the seller, and he was great!!!!! He told me he would check with the postmaster from where he shipped it and if I didn't have it by the end of the week, he would send me a new one. I couldn't ask for more good company to do business with
