Rejuvenation

I used to own this book years ago and lent it to a friend, never to be returned. I worked for Aveda at the time I first read it and was interested in how and why this great product line had developed and what the inspiration was behind it. There is a lot to be learned about the effects of natural products and how they influence our memory, feelings and state of mind. This book is a great overview of how one can get back to center and understand what it means to be healthy, in mind, body and spirit. I am grateful I could find it once again as it is no longer in print.
