  Seller won’t send the item and doesn’t feel the need to do anything about it. I would say it’s because they were unhappy about the price but they are unwilling to contact eBay and is trying to make it as much my problem as they could. They are running with the story that they just forgot about the listing and they don’t have the item. Honestly the reason why isn’t really the issue, it’s that they are unwilling to do anything about a problem they have created.
