1 of 1 found this helpful Had to call Comcast 3 times to get it activated due to the first 2 people I spoke to said they could not activate it because it was not on their approved modem list, but the 3rd person just asked for the serial# and the internal mac address, not the one on the bottom of modem, and I was up and running in 3 minutes, love it.
