Works so far
You have to know what your doing to install these chips. Even so, it can be difficult to undo the fan clip on the 2009/2010 Mac pro.

It's just practicle.
Chop up the onions, fold the silicone pad, and dump right into the frying pan! No more chopped food flying everywhere when you try slide it off the chopping block. It's practically impossible to miss the pan/pot/bowl. Works even better when I lay it over my existing wooden chopping block...
