Ineffective
This device doesn't reach deep enough along the canal to provide proper physical therapy for incontinence. The longer one is more effective. This product is also a bit large in diameter.

Smaller version of 12oz
There are no noticeable differences apart from the 12oz can except for the can. In a way, it's more portable if you ever need to bring a smaller amount of lighter fluid with you, without the 12oz weighing you down. Although bulk quantity tends to be cheaper in 12oz, this would fit in tighter spaces and the cap is less troublesome to take out with your nails. It's very user-friendly.
