Entertaining Film with Great HD Video & Audio on Blu-ray

HD video on Blu-ray is excellent -- looks great.
Likewise, audio quality is quite good -- crank up your Surround Sound system, pop some corn and enjoy!

"The Old Guard doesn't surrender!"
First saw this film at a cinema years ago and enjoyed it immensely. Now, to have it in HD on Blu-ray -- it has never looked better on home video. Audio & Video quality are excellent. The story itself, the clash of armies and personalities is fascinating. The cast is first rate. Some might quibble with particular historical aspects, but on the whole the film does a good job bringing this pivotal battle to life. In the end what we are looking for is a good story well told, and this film fills that bill. Highly recommended.

Wish the Photos were Larger
Excellent book and a good addition to the Battle of the Bulge shelf.
The only quibble -- I wish the photos were larger. Many will be familiar to those who have studied this battle, however there are quite a few new photos as well. It is a shame so many are rendered at a reduced size, If the photos were larger this would be a 5-Star book.
That being said...
I am glad that I purchased this volume and am happy to have it as part of my collection.
