This seller shipped a vintage magazine in a paper envelope with zero padding or protection for the item. And while they did offer to refund me if I returned it (with me paying for the return shipping), the one thing they didn't offer was any sort of apology for the terrible packaging and shipping. Taking responsibility for their own actions (or lack thereof) instead of telling me that I should be happy because I purchased the item at a great price sadly demonstrates very little integrity.
