Amazing for price or any price. Some pros and cons due to shape.
amazing for price. critical review: wires/cord(s) are on the thin side. i read a review on these and the guy was talking about how these ran a little large and he needed to use a smaller cushion than usual on the tips. Looking at these i realized that these are not like other in ear headphones. the plastic that is inside the cushion, that goes into your ear canal is slightly larger and a different shape from almost all in ear headphones. These are not round but oval. I believe our ear canals are slightly oval and so these fit in at a certain angle (the driver, or back of the headphone support this angle). Even with the smaller cushions these can start to hurt a bit sooner than regular inner ear phones (i feel discomfort with all inner ear phones after a long enough time). Most casual users may not ever get to the length of time i do. This oval shape of the headphone brings amazing sound. It literally sounds wider with a larger spectrum. I found these to have a better sound than any inner ear headphones i've tried and that's up against much more expensive brands and others in this price range. My suggestion is buy them. maybe two sets. If you listen for extended periods of time consider another type of headphones to switch to intermittently.

Fun Shooter/RPG with xcom story (Not a strategy game)
i hear people say this is a bad mass effect rip off. That got me excited so i bought it. I figured a bad mass effect was mass effect 3 (graphics aside). It's only been associated with mass effect because that's the only rpg the reviewers have ever played. It has a dialogue option wheel. that's it. that's why the people freaked out and called it mass effect. Anyway....it is strange to play a different style xcom game. So many times, when i played my first xcom game, i wished i could take the shot. So it's interesting that they made a game that's fps. It's cool to get more back story on xcom. It's cool to see the same characters in different ways. It's cool to have some strategy and telling men where to go and see that old shield pop up to show if the guy's spot will be in cover or not. There are some flaws in gameplay....trying to mix the strategy part with the fps....barely works in some situations. This isn't a brilliant game. In conclusion.....It's a good game. As people like me hang around in the greatest generation of gaming consoles that was and ever will be....we play through the hundreds of titles made during the boom. Not all of them were block busters or critically acclaimed. Certainly, there were some tanks. But there's still so many good games out there to play. Games that allot of talented people spent time on just for one play through. Most games are worth the play through and even have some charm of their own and moments of excellence. I play a bit of a game every morning before i start work. it makes this shitty world a bit easier to swallow. I love to get into a game and within a few days, i'll be waking up and be excited to get my coffee and go be immersed in that world for a bit of time. This game does that for me.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (Sony PlayStation 3, 2014)*Used*

Don't expect too much and you'll be pretty happy
philosophy on life and this game. :) ...No just kidding. I think life is awesome, but i think this society sucks and so i play games and wait for it to fall. Shadow of mordor is like allot of people say...it's a little assassin's creed, a little 'dishonored', a little bit of allot of games without a whole lot to say for itself as a unique game except it's 'revenge system'...or whatever it's called. People complain about loading times, bugs and game play entertainment time. Without it being a 'new game' or 'blockbuster title' the game falls pretty solidly above average. I like the gameplay and although it gets old....it's better than most. I realized pretty early on that this was a good game so i started doing all the side quest things...this has put me in a somewhat bored mood with some game left to play but i've been playing for a while now and most games don't even out out this much. basically i'm complaining because the game is too good to stop playing but not legendary to the point that i need to go into a rehab program after months of replaying it. I've enjoyed it and i'd recommend it to almost all players.
