A Useful Tool
1 of 1 found this helpful I had the CD version of this previously and found that it makes practice more convenient. This unit has similar functionality, with some features improved and some not so much. The best change is the ability to directly import audio files from a computer. However, I found that it won't play every file, even if they can be played on the computer. It still has the "loop", key change, and playback speed functions of the CD unit, which work well enough for practicing. I do wish that there was a dedicated bass version, as the effects are only useful for guitar. I would also like the screen to be backlit.
The included headphones are decent, but not optimal for bass guitar practice. (I've been using a pair of pro-grade cans with the Tascam; they work much better.)
And the SD card is a necessity. I've put 80 tunes on the unit and still have 90% of storage left.

It Charges
My old OEM charger quit charging the battery, but supplied enough juice to run the computer. This one works perfectly.

Best '60s TV Show
TOL was one of my favorite shows from the '60s. This is a nice set. The discs are clean, and the printed materials are in great shape.
