The seller (David) misled me by saying that the set is new knowing that it is not new and also came with missing parts and booklets. He gave me his address and phone # to talk outside of eBay asking me to send the hearing aids to him so eBay cannot trace if he got the set. One example he gave me about the missing domes(parts): “The domes are no problem, I can get them from the VA for free. It looks like they sent me a refurbished set”. And I have more proof of misleading.
