I''m not sure whaT "BLUE WOOL FIT" means, and it is a smaller percentage wool.

Seems like a nice jacket, fits well. I doubt this is a $549.00 jacket. The buttons are very loosely sewed on and the buttons on the sleeves are mis-aligned. The jacket arrived in a quite small plastic package and was stuffed in my mailbox, very creased and wrinkled.
