This tiny, perfect propellor is so quiet you'd hardly know it was there.
It's cooling the motor in my IBM Selectric III typewriter. Dropped the operating temperature by 10 degrees C. and that's a good thing.

No support from Philips or Skype
1 of 1 found this helpful Potential buyers of this model of VOIP phone are well advised to steer clear. It's a lemon.
The keys, one of the phone's main features, will not work with the current version of Skype. Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom, has withdrawn any previous versions of the programme which may have rendered the handset functional as a phone. Furthermore, Philips has not supported this phone for some years now and offers no software upgrades or work arounds..
The only thing in favour of the "Philips USB Phone for Skype VOIP080 I B/37" is that it can be used as a handset. The voice quality is good as is reception. Other than that it is useless. Since it is too small to be used as a boat anchor, and too light for a paper weight, it is a piece of junk.
