Old Style vs New

I have had the old style UAG cover protecting my pro 4 since Dec 2015. It is used through out a manufacturing plant. I got used to the soft feel of the cover and used the single leg of the kickstand as a handle. When I put the new style case on a new pro 4 for my daughter, I immediately noticed the soft feel was replaced by hard plastic, and my single handle was gone and replaced by a strap that you had to reach further behind the unit and slip your hand into. It took both hands to pick up and set down to get your hand into and out of strap. This unit is what she requested so I hope she enjoys it. P.S. The carry strap looks like a good idea for college carry, as long as the questionable chose of string doesn't break dropping a $2000 computer. I like the Old style better and will be ordering it for 3rd system.
