Works out of the box.
Great for have you own personal phone system with extentions. Instructions are clear with many features. But if you do not want to be bothered with features the system will work right out of the box.

This item saved me from purchasing a new phone.
My Microphone stopped working and after troubleshooting the phone and verifying it was not a software issue, I realized I had a bad mic. Because Samsung's designs are modular, I was able to replace this part of the phone which fixed the issue. This item saved me from purchasing a new phone.
