If you''re looking for Windows 7 Home Premium - 32 Bit Full Version and Upgrade this deal is hard to beat. 1.) Best price I found by $30 or more after searching for 4 weeks. 2.) Allows you to install clean or upgrade. 3.) I experienced nothing unusual with upgrading Vista to 7. Just the normal, tedious, and lengthy process.
Depending on your plan (clean install vs. upgrade) be sure to set aside a good portion of the day uninterrupted. Windows Updates alone can take several hours.
