They set the bar too high starting off with a masterpiece!
It’s obviously apparent why there was such a buzz about them right off the bat. Every song on here is awesome. Heavy, rocking, super catchy. This is my 2nd favorite of theirs right behind the next album “Murder The Mountains”. Of course they are both so good that my opinion on that can change depending on which one I’m listening to at the time since they are both amazing. Overall these albums are so great that I just don’t think the next couple albums where as catchy with riffs or vocals. That’s not to say they aren’t great albums on their own, but the 1st 2 are notch above. My top 2 tracks... “Prehistoric Dog” and “Humans Remain Human Remains”

I'm not an Oasis fan, but this album is a classic!
Had to buy this CD again. Seems like I've bought this CD a few times since it was released in the 90's. Anyway, it's just one of those CDs that you can't deny is perfect from the first note of the first song all the way to the final note of the last song. And that's coming from someone who is actually into punk and has been playing in oldschool hardcore punk bands since before this CD was released. This is definately one of the top 100 albums of all time.

Great female fronted fast old school punk rock!
Already owned this CD years ago and loved it. Never really knew where it went, but after buying their CD "Sounds Of Failure, Sounds Of Hope" I had to get "Kill A Generation" again as it is far better than the other. Not that "Sounds..." is bad by any means, just reminded me how great this disc was from the first song "Caught In A Void" all the way to the hidden track at the end. Imagine the music of Vice Squad sped up with better vocals, but more influenced by the faster 80's Nardcore and Los Angeles punk bands, but with better production. In my opinion their singer is one of the best female lead singers in punk around over the last decade. Add that to super tight fast paced drums, bass, and guitars and you have old school punk rock at it's finest. That's from someone who's been in punk bands for years and been lucky enough to play the same shows with singers like Exene from X while she was doing Original Sinners, Beki Bondage and Vice Squad, Dinah Cancer and 45 Grave, among many other great famous and not so famous female fronted punk bands over the last decade and a half. I've always held a special place in my heart for female fronted punk rock and this is a definate gem.
