Written for a beginner and very encouraging
I like the way it is written and the photos are very helpful. The information is written for a beginner and it is very encouraging to someone who has never ridden. I am very pleased with the book and will recommend it to others.

Good book for dieters
I like the cd that came with it. It is very interesting and relaxing. The book has a lot of good testimonies. A lot of common sense stuff but to hear the author on the cd is mesmerizing. I will for sure pass it on to others or recommend it to others.
