Like watching my ancestors settle in 1850's Minnesota
1 of 1 found this helpful I viewed this movie during Oscar Week, as the movie had won an Oscar back in the '70s. Despite the fact that this film is in Swedish with English sub-titles, I couldn't have been less bored during the film as, in my mind, it depicted what my ancestors must have endured when they settled in what would become Douglas County, Minnesota. I highly recommend it to those who wish to experience a profound taste of our immigrant fore fathers.

Satisfied, repeat customer
My pond has 10 Koi, a few Goldfish and hundreds of Mosquito fish all of which love the floating fish food. My pond water stays clear, too.

Easy peezy!
I am 74 years old and just dug a well to16 feet in a few hours. I'm actually amazed that I could do it without any help.
