Best 1-volume Bible commentary I know

I knew the author of this commentary (now with the Lord) personally, and thoroughly enjoyed his ability to teach the Bible in clearly understandable language. He did not use a $50 word where a simple one would accurately express what he was saying. He was for many years a professor at Emmaus Bible College in Oak Park, Illinois (now located in Dubuque, Iowa, where it was moved for the sake of a larger facility as the Oak Park location was surrounded by private property whose owners were not interested in selling any land). Mr. MacDonald later became Dean, a position he held for many years before retiring to devote his full time to his writing and to preaching in churches and conferences across the country. I have owned and enjoyed this commentary for years; I purchased another copy on eBay to give to a friend whose copy had been inadvertently thrown out by friends helping her to move. I gave it to her yesterday, and she was thrilled to have her old "friend" back again. To anyone who wants to better understand the Bible, and appreciates explanations that are easy to understand, this is the commentary for you. Do not hesitate to purchase a copy, you will not regret the investment.

Braun Contour 5775 Cord/Cordless Rechargeable Men's Electric Shaver

Great replacement for same model with non-charging batteries.

Have liked this shaver model since purchasing one for my father as a birthday gift about 10 years ago and inheriting it when he passed away. My old one had reached the point that its batteries would no longer accept a charge, so I was happy to find this one ( which worked just fine after charging the batteries ). I especially like the design of the pop-up trimmer, a feature my other electric shaver dos not have.
