Easy to use and configure to take care of backups even to the cloud
Easy to install, upgrade, and use. Great for backing up small to large amount of data.

This printer is a good value (will see once we have to reorder black and color cartridges) and works great for both black and white and color printing and very fast. Its a little loud so probably no printing while the family sleeps. the two side printing works quickly and helps save paper. I would buy another one or equivalent since HP does change model numbers. HP support has been great as the original printer had the false paper jam error and we had to replace the printer by adding HP Support contract to the printer.
