Isn't quite what I ordered

The machine has many scratches, but I was expecting that. What I wasn't expecting was the one failed stick of RAM, the snapped off PSU release clip, and the Windows server 2003 license, as opposed to the advertised Windows 2008 licence. After taking out the bad stick of RAM and its pair, the system is down to 24 gigs of ram, but runs very well, and does what I need it to.
