Soft water again
Seamed to work very fast for 10% cross link. Rebuilt, flushed and bled system. Used on Kinetico Model 50. Resin was 18 years old. Arizona hard water. Nice to have soft water again. System uses .8 cu. ft. so 1.0 was just right with a little left over with no bed. Funnel definitely helps in the process. Side tapping cylinders to settle beads helped also. Time will tell.

Crap alignment
Typical aftermarket overpriced. Break contact overshoots main contact. Main contact surface area less than fixed contact area. Parallel between contacts is off. I did not measure spring tension but I feel is high. Probably will not float at high RPM. I try not to take the old girl that high. If your not white knuckle and weekend rides they'll work.
