Works great for VOIP phone.
I am an online teacher and unfortunately my wireless connection is a little spotty because my office is on a different floor of my house than my router. This was especially an issue because my VOIP provided phone had to be run through my computer. The product has worked great and now I have a direct connection for both my laptop and phone, but most importantly the phone works independently of the computer now. Since I live in an old house I had to disregard some of the recommendations (my power strip is in the same outlet as the adapter) and it still has worked sufficiently.
