  Product worked great. There was a little shmutz on the processor but I used some isopropyl alcohol and it came right off. It arrived in an envelope which looked strange but was well protected.   I bought 2 universal io shields, just in case I messed one up. I'm glad I did. One came with the corner cracked. I messaged the seller and sent a picture as he requested. He said that he'd send another, but I never got it. I don't really need it now, since I had a spare. It was only a $4.00 item, but its just the principle.
