Garden Of Life is Fantastic !
After many months of constant irregularity, my dear friend steered me to Garden of Life. I have been on this for 7days, and the difference between night and day! Due to being on a blood thinner for many years, I was instructed to use a softener along with the Garden of Life to try to avoid any bleeds, due to straining.
