    Mine Blew up after roughly 10 minutes of operation at In- 120vAC Out- 24v 2.5a (half the total output rating for this device).
    The power supply lasted an entire 10 minutes of operational time all the while making a high pitch humming sound. A D3 Diode ended up blowing after running it for about 15 seconds at 24v - 2.5a load. This item blew up.
