    Seller described it as new, but it was defective/broken upon arrival. Seller refused to compensate me for having to pay for replacement parts. He said it was my problem. HORRIBLE SELLER, HORRIBLE for eBay. AVOID.

    I sent seller proof of broken parts - pictures. He admitted to not inspecting the items before selling. No need to have eBay arbitrate, he was responsible, but dodged it. Horrible greedy seller.

Not just for HO.
I use these on Atlas code 55 for n-scale. Fit tighter and less noticeable than Atlas rail joiners. Also harder to put on the rail, but I made a special tool for that with a tapered rail that easily spreads the ends of the rail joiner a bit. Also helps to file the end of the rail with a quick touch of a file. I think it's worth the extra effort.
