N Scale Digitrax DN146A DCC Decoder for Atlas GP40-2 & U25B Locomotives

Incomplete identification by manufacturer on label

Unfortunately This particular decoder does not work with all Atlas U25B locomotives. There was apparently a series made with different measurements because the pads on the locomotive do not match those on the decoder. of course the only way to determine that was to open the package. now I can not return it for a refund
