Hydrostatic Oil
Based on much reading and research which included speaking with people at the manufacturer, I decided it was worth a few extra dollars to use the best lubricant. Yes the mower is 8 years old with 482.5 hours, but it drove like new with two new axles and the fresh / improved oil formulation. I would do the same if it were to be done over.
