  The shipment arrived in good condition. I am giving a negative comment because the person in question makes money on postage. I paid $15 for postage for one PSA card. The postage was actually $5.65. When I wanted to return the difference, he kept the rest of the money. He used it to wrap the shipment. He didn't return anything to me. When I wrote him a question, he was absent for 3 weeks. I have never experienced this. I do not recommend it.

  This guy should be band from EBAY,,, makes a purchase with the shipping cost as part of the purchase price and then complains about shipping being to high. shipping includes materials and the cost of the USPS to ship the item... he also makes false claimes that I was unresponsive to his email... this is not true as I informed him what all was includedd in my shipping charge and he still made many contacts to see if I would refund a part of the shipping cost... after I told him no.
