  This was absolutely a nightmare dealing with this seller. She sent me a Ruth’s Chris gift card that had a zero balance on it. When I received it I had to scratch off the Pin to use the Ruth’s Chris website to check balance on card once I received it as I do with the hundred gift cards I’ve bought before on eBay that didn’t have the pin scratched off. It showed a zero balance and had shown three transactions on the card BEFORE the seller ever shipped it to me. She wouldn’t credit me. eBay did
