Missing part and a water leak
1 of 1 found this helpful The seat has some good features, but it arrived with a necessary peace missing. We purchased that piece and installed. If that was the only problem, we would have been ok with the seat. But it has an almost constant drip into the toilet, which is not only annoying, but a waste of water.
