It works and it easy
I use this every night to fall asleep. It really works. Just don't take too much. Half a dropper is my limit.

Lightweight with great features
1 of 1 found this helpful These are teriffic. I use them everyday for music, conferencing, and just shutting out the noise from our two Aussies. I've always appreciated Bose, and these were a great deal on a great product.
