A classic
2 of 2 found this helpful What can I say about this lens that hasn't been said before. I love these old canon FD lenses, they were built to last and the glass quality is second to none. If you are like me, a hobbiest on a budget who doesn't mind the manual focus then I highly recomend it. The depth of field on this lens is great. And at 1.4f you get a lot of light on to the sensor.
Would I like to have a 1.2 or even a 1.0? Sure! But I'm not the kind of guy who can afford to drop a grand on a lens and this one is more than enough for my needs.

GH2 great for filming
These cameras might be a little old by today's standards but don't let their age fool you. These are great for filmmaking and as long as you aren't trying to shoot in 4K you can't get a better deal anywhere than with a GH2.
