Follow instructions for great results
I've cooked without pressure and with pressure. Cooking with pressure finishes the food much quicker and with superior taste.to using my crockpot or manual pressure cooker. Read the instructions and be sure that you understand them before you use it.Clean well before storing.
Be sure to check out the reciepes on youtube. There are several that sound tasty. As soon as I get a spring form pan, I'm going to try the Keto Cheesecake.

Right tool for the job.
This is the right tool for the job it was designed for. Don't use it for anything else. It will allow you to install the bolt catch roll pin on your AR style rifle/carbine/pistol without marring your lower, but it won't do anything else. Use your regular roll pin punches for your other roll pins.
