Amazing tape for reducing unwanted noise.
I purchased this tape for my 2012 PSR Singlecut SE. I was skeptical regarding how much noise reduction such a tape could make.
I have to say it made a remarkable difference in reducing the noise, it's almost dead quiet.
Highly recommended.

Criminally underrated bass with great playability, but surprisingly heavy for its size.
If you love short scale basses and want a full bodied tone like many active basses have, then this is the bass for you. The pickups are not active, they were made by the precursor to EMG called Skunk Works, so they have that heritage in their tone. 3 different filter settings so that you can get the mud of an EB-3, the growl of a Fender, or the cutting treble of a Rickenbacker. Between the 3 position filter, tone controls, phase switch, volume knob, and pickup selector, there are not many bass sounds that are unattainable with this bass and the correct amp. Low impedance setting allows you to plug in direct to your recording interface or mixing board without needing a direct box. The short scale and flatter radius makes it easy to move around the fretboard unless have Geddy Lee or Will Lee sized Gigantor hands. The bass body is slightly larger than a normal Les Paul so you have to seek out a Triumph-sized case rather than a regular LP case or get a Road Runner case and a lot of foam or get one custom made. The weight is like a 70's Les Paul so it is heavy, but with great mass comes great sustain and tone. Before Les Paul died, people overlooked these basses and they sold in in the $1,000 to $1,200 range, post his death these basses have skyrocketed in value for some reason and became very desirable. I guess people discovered what a tone machine these instruments truly are.

Bigger than a true 1/2 rack space width-wise for a standard rack
Very disappointed with this product. It claims to be a hlaf rack panel but it is much wider than a normal half rack panel.
I had to end up cutting it down by a considerable amount and re-drilling two holes in order to make it work in a time crunch situation where I needed to do some remote recording and keep a truly half rack mic pre secure in a rack case.
If I wanted to do that much work, I should have just bought a metal blank and fabricated this myself.
