poor sound quality

UNRELIABLE, SUB-STANDARD CIRCUIT-BOARD
Garbage-quality circuit. Only enough power for a 2.5" SATA but not for a 3.5" SATA. The supplied wall transformer is not the problem. It's just a very cheap circuit board. Less-expensive external 3.5" SATA drives work far better than this one.

Far more attention to mechanics/materials design details would be well-advised.
Was a good concept, and initially functions well, but this POS product is made with very poor plastic mechanical design that immediately begins deteriorating.
Battery cover that starts falling off randomly after 1 week of usage, and thus disappearing altogether.
The silly ear-pads will also start continuously falling off within a couple weeks because of the flimsy plastic engaging mechanism.
Very inefficient speakers (not because of noise canceling electronics because there is none)
