bad color quality
I thought I was purchasing new cartridges, but they don't print the actual color of the things that I print out. I rely on new cartridges because I print crochet pattern graphs, and I don't get the true color of what colors of yarn I need to purchase.

I;m broke and disapointed
I don't know if it is a good product or not. I had ordered the batteries for a new lawn mower, so I could have a spare to keep them always charged. The mower had something wrong with it, so I had to get another mower. The replacement mower was a different brand, and did not take the same kind of battery. I could not return the batteries, so I'm stuck with them without any knowledge of what to do with them now.
