Easy to Set Up
I had to call, for this was a previously owned unit, my problem was taken care of quickly. It was easy to set up.

Great Machine.
I must admit, I did not look forward to reading the manual and I put it off ...but have no fear, there are plenty of great videos on Youtube to get you started. I love everyone who took the time to post these videos. This machine is a charm. It is lightweight but it is powerful. I wish it was heavier and I wish the light was brighter, but those things are minor. You will love this one.

Save Your Money
It was shipped really fast. I was happy about that, but when I tried to use it, the glue did not melt, not at all. I will buy another from Walmart and remember not to buy electric products from china.
