Pretty good product

I like the product overall, but it was a used product and when i copy something there is a black smudge in the top corner of every page. But for printing it is good. I printed a rather lage 2 sided document the other day and for a change (from my last printer) I had no paper jams with the 2 sided printing. I was glad of that.
