Don't Judge a CD by it's Cover!

I did not know about Luther Hughs, as a matter of fact, I'd never heard of any of the musicians on this recording. But hey these guys cooked! Very nice playing, tight ensemble, and a well recorded CD. As it turns, out all of this cats have deep resume's of serious players. Despite the hokey cover art this CD is worth owning if you can find it. They honor the Coltrane Cannonball tradition very well. I'm glad I took a chance and purchased it. If you are a fan of that error of music you will too.

Ubiquitous tool for every musician

Every musician or music technician needs to be in tune. This little tuner helps do that. Quite frankly I see these type of tuners everywhere. This one works just fine and at the price point below $5.00 it's a deal. Heck you can't get a deluxe Big Mac for that price, and the burger won't help you hit that high C. Yea, it might take a bit of time if it's coming from the People's Republic, however you waited this long to buy one you can wait and save a dollar or two.

What was Apple thinking?

The keyboard that come with the new iMac is a joke. Light, flimsy, and absolutely no real feel under your finger tips. Seriously it's poor quality and ergonomically unless. If you can get your hands on this older model do it quickly. It synchs to the new Mac with no problem and feels like a real keyboard should.
