Love it!
This is one of my favorite summer colors!! The perfect shade of blue with shimmer galore. It reminds me of the deep and shallow waters, depending on the light. It does require 3 coats for an opaque look, but you could layer it over a darker blue.

Love these shadows!
These eye shadows are perfect for doing a deep, burgundy/cranberry smokey eye for Christmas. Definitely worth the money!
