  I had two problems with the seller, delayed shipping time and item was not as described (New In Box). I contacted the seller twice to alert them to issues. When I finally received the item, the box was in poor condition. The seller did not post pictures for the box, just the item. New in box should mean that it's perfectly new, including the box. I had indicated that it was for a Christmas present. The seller did refund shipping as it was quite delayed, but would not allow a return/refund.
